I have a graphics program using Allegro 3.1 that features hicolor polygon
rendering such as polygon gourand shading in 16 bit color. I'm considering
porting it to WinAllegro, but before I dive in, I wanted to make sure that
WinAllegro supports all the 16 bit color polygon rendering features in
Allegro 3.1.

The documentation in WinAllegro WIP 8 was a bit unclear on the subject.

Thanks,

S. Choy
