It has up-to-date headers and uses a wrapper around gcc to load the correct specs file,
although I think the wrapper is slightly lacking. I'm writing a new version, hopefully the
original author will like my ideas.

Anyway, 1.5 works quite well with gcc 2.8.1. C++ is also working, due to some new code in
ntbind.
