I found out what my problem was. I had downloaded the wrong file.
Instead of haveing bnu281b.zip I had bnu281d.zip that was just
documantation. Sorry about the trouble. It was because of
Hans-Bernhard Broeker <broeker AT physik DOT rwth-aachen DOT de> that I found
this problem so many thanks to him.
