It most probably is a virus. You need some virus scaning software to
find it.
DJGPP program has usually the nice property that you get that message
instead of activating the virus. Hence the virus that infected/tried
to infect the DJGPP program is probably not a DJGPP program (if you
follow me).
That said, that message _can_ be caused of some other failings, like a
full disk e. g.. Look for errors earlier on in the make process.
But remember to check your 'puter for virus first.
