You will need a working copy of DJGPP and download all311.zip from the allegro site. If your DJGPP home directory is "c:\djgpp" then unzip allegro in this directory (with the -d option to restor pathnames). Go to the allegro director ("c:\djgpp\allegro"), open a dosbox in this directory and type make. (make sure that the djgpp environment is correctly setup).
