Hello,
you are not alone.
I have a 2 MBit cable modem for my Internet Service in Strasbourg
and I must pay for each MB.
I have contacted my lawer because I get spamed with around 10-15 messages
a day but, every message between 20 and 80 KByte. And then I do not like
to get binarys via E-Mail or Newsgroup.
Remember the Happy99 virus.
If I like top get biarys, I have a FTP server with 32 GByte free Disk space.
But not on my Workstation and unasked.
Oh yes, I am in creation of my own Internet Service and currently I earn not
so much but I must pay every month around 15.000 French Francs (2500 US$)
