Hmm - I seem to remember somebody posting a similar question a while ago
about buying a book and that "the C++ compiler wouldn't work" - it seems

I do not personally know of any "setup program" for DJGPP - generally you
just unzip all the archives with the -d switch, set up an environment
variable called DJGPP that points to DJGPP.ENV, and there you go! This
worked for me when I got DJGPP.... anybody?
