I recently installed a SB Live! value card and everything seemed fine.
As soon as I tried to run any programs I have written, or downloaded
using the allegro sound library, the sound quality is horrible!
It is loud and full of static, does anybody know how to fix this
problem? (i would like to be able to play sound in my programs :)
