OK, granted, but my point is that RSXNTDJ is not suitable for someone that
knows nothing about DJGPP. If you prefer to use RSXNTDJ over the (imho,
better) competitors, then that is your choice. But you have chosen it. You
are not a newbie that doesn't know any better. I'm just saying that newbie's
should be presented with a package that works with a relatively simple setup
and installation rather than a buggy package that they may never be able to
setup perfectly. I'm not trying to sway anyone's views, or force any type of
rigid rule that people "MUST NOT USE RSXNTDJ", I'm just saying for those
that don't know any better, something other than RSXNTDJ may be (note, it
'may' be, this is only my opinion) a better option.
Regarding what people like and what I like, this was never an issue about
this. I'm only here for the newbies. I give up my free time to answer
questions on this newsgroup, like many other people. I enjoy it, and I'm
seeking no credit for it. I'm just wondering how to make the overall
presentation of DJGPP (and related addons ie RSXNTDJ) better.
Please don't misconstrue my words, as I'm only trying to help.
