This usually means that somebody subscribed to the mailing list with
an invalid address.  When the gateway software forwards the message to
that user, they bounce back to their originator(s), if the server in
question doesn't support the Errors-to header (that DJGPP server
points to itself).

Instead of posting messages about that here (and thus increasing the
noise), you should send private email to DJ Delorie <dj AT delorie DOT com>
and ask him if he can settle the problem (e.g., by unsubscribing the
offender).
