At least on Windows 9X there is a way to control how frequently does
Windows refresh the DOS box.  I don't know if it works on NT.

Unless we start a significant development effort real soon, this isn't
going to happen.  DJGPP doesn't develop itself, it needs volunteers to
make it happen.
