Well, if you've got the dough to fork out for Watcom, you're welcome to it. 
Watcom is a commercial compiler that costs significantly more than DJGPP...
Hehe...  DJGPP is free.  You can just download it and call it yours.  Watcom
costs.  I've used both... and... to me, DJGPP is more intuitive than Watcom,
but Watcom is a very powerful compiler.  It all depends on what you're looking
for.  Watcom's got glories like Multitargetability, and commercial support....
