You need djdev202.zip, gcc-2.8.1 (or above, gcc-2.95.1 recommended) 
If You install all correctly exceptions should work. Read FAQ and 
readme files for more info

PS. There are no info for us to guess anything more about Your 
problem (which gcc version, which DJGPP versoon, etc)
