You split your sources into several files, which is a good thing. But why did 
you put the implementation of "IniFile" in the same file as main()? (Just a 
question should have nothing to do with your problem.

Now, maybe I am blind or something. But I couldn't see any complaints or 
errors messages from gcc here. Looks like everything compiled and linked just 
fine.
