Please read Section 8.7 of the DJGPP FAQ as it has a lot of info 
about your problem and how to correct it.

BTW the missing lstdcx can be caused by a bug in RHIDE v1.4. 
The bug (and a lot of others) is solved in RHIDE v1.4.7, so it would 
be advisable to get the latest version of RHIDE.
