Allthouh it has no DPMI, CWSDPMI work under DOSBox 0.74.
Creating a 8GByte swap file in C:\CWSDPMI.SWP. Try DOSBox
w/o a "mount C C:\" command, and djgpp will fail to run. Message
is "Warning: Cannot open swap file c:\cwsdpmi.swp".

But all djgpp programs works much slower than under a NTVDM
session in Win-XP SP3. So I consider DOSBox not an option.
