Sure, but there is no "make install" step. IMHO 'install' and 'uninstall'
tend to make a confusing mess out of an djgpp (or any) installation.
Besides Watt-32 targets ~10 compilers/OS combinations (DOS+Windows). 
So it would even create a bigger mess if each of those combinations would 
need a "make install". Much cleaner to put *all* public headers and libs under
one directory. I.e. $(WATT_ROOT)/inc and $(WATT_ROOT)/lib.

Do you mean there are problems with extending the gcc search-paths with
%C_INCLUDE_PATH and %LIBRARY_PATH?
