What a thing. Even about 2 minutes ago I mailed to DJ that I have
uploaded
the final gcc 2.8.0 archives to his incoming and now I read your mail.

I will get it the next time and see.

I aggree with you that I do also not understand his opinion but I will
see how it is solved.

I think for now we should use the gcc 2.8.0 I have uploaded because it
seems to be stable and when I have the time, I will see what the
advantages
of gcc 2.8.1 are, or maybe someone else makes the gcc 2.8.1 port since
it should be no big problem after gcc 2.8.0 for DJGPP is now out.
